Gallery rental

Please read the policies and regulations for special use of the gallery to see if our space suits your needs and to make sure you are comfortable with any special requirements indicated.

If you believe our space will suit your needs and you are comfortable with our requirements, call art6 at (804) 343-1406 to see if the date you require is available. If it is, you may request that we hold that date open for a maximum of ten days from the date of your request.

Read and sign the license agreement and return it, along with the required $300 security deposit, to art6 so that it is received by the end of the 10th day following your request. If it is not received by that date, the hold date will be automatically released without further notice to you. Mail the agreement to:

art6 will send a written confirmation upon receipt of the signed agreement and deposit. Once confirmed, arrangements for your event may be discussed with the gallery coordinator. Remember to pay the rental fee thirty (30) days prior to the event. If the entire rental fee is not received by that date, then your requested date will automatically be released and you will forfeit 50% of the security deposit.

RENTAL RATES
1-3 hours:	$50.00 hour
3-6 hours:	$300.00 flat rate fee
6-12 hours:	$600.00 flat rate fee
After Hours fee:	$50.00 hour

The license fee includes use of any equipment available on the premises and the services of an art6 representative who will lock and unlock the premises, assist with limiting access to the licensor's invitees, and answer any questions that may arise. The art6 representative will remain on the premises during the event. All hours include the time needed for set-up and clean-up. Non-profit organizations may, at art6's sole discretion, be granted a discount to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
